If you are registering on behalf of a golf course or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
GoJrGolf is a subscription-based software platform that enables golf courses and coaches to create and manage gamified junior golf programs. The Service includes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes.
To use the Service, you must register and provide accurate, complete, and current information including your course name, contact email, and admin credentials. You agree to keep this information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@gojrgolf.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
You may invite additional Admin Users (coaches, staff) to your account. You are responsible for ensuring that all Admin Users comply with these Terms. You accept liability for actions taken by Admin Users under your account.
Each subscription covers one golf course or coaching operation. You may not share your account or invite codes across multiple unrelated organizations without our prior written consent.
GoJrGolf offers the following subscription plans, all priced in USD:
Both plans include unlimited Seasons, unlimited Junior Golfer enrollments, and all platform features. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial commencing at registration. No credit card or payment method is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be downgraded to a read-only state and new Junior Golfer enrollments will be suspended.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees on a recurring basis. All charges are in USD. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
If a payment fails, your account will enter a past_due state. You will receive an email notification and have the opportunity to update your payment method. Existing Junior Golfer access will be maintained during a grace period; however, new enrollments will be restricted until payment is resolved.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account & Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access until that date. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or unused time.
Customers on an active Yearly Plan are eligible for TaylorMade gift card draws. Eligibility requires maintaining an active Yearly subscription in good standing as of the draw date. Draw terms, dates, and prize values are communicated separately to eligible subscribers. GoJrGolf makes no guarantee regarding the frequency, timing, or value of draws.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without notice.
As a Customer, you are solely responsible for ensuring that all necessary parental or guardian consent has been obtained before enrolling any Junior Golfer in your program. GoJrGolf provides tools for capturing guardian information at registration, but does not verify or obtain consent on your behalf.
The Jr. Golfer PWA is intended for use under adult supervision. Junior Golfers under the age of 13 must have a parent or guardian actively involved in their registration and ongoing program participation. By enrolling a Junior Golfer under 13, you represent that you have obtained appropriate parental or guardian consent in compliance with applicable law, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Junior Golfer registration requires only a first name and a password. Email address and guardian information are optional. We encourage Customers to collect only the minimum information necessary for program administration.
If a parent or guardian wishes to access, correct, or delete their child's information, they may contact you as the responsible party or contact us directly at hello@gojrgolf.com.
You retain ownership of all Content you create within the Service, including challenge names, season details, and Junior Golfer records. By submitting Content to the Service, you grant GoJrGolf a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that Content solely to provide the Service to you.
You may export your leaderboard and completion data from the Service at any time using the CSV export feature. Upon written request following account termination, we will provide reasonable assistance in exporting your data for up to 30 days after cancellation.
After account cancellation, your data enters a read-only state. We retain your data for up to 90 days following cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted. We will not delete data earlier than 30 days following cancellation unless required by law.
The Service, including its code, design, features, and branding, is the exclusive property of GoJrGolf and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to GoJrGolf's trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully — it explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOJRGOLF DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses. You use the Service at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOJRGOLF'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO GOJRGOLF IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GOJRGOLF BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoJrGolf and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
These Terms remain in effect from the date you first access the Service until your account is terminated.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially breach these Terms, including violations of the Acceptable Use section. We may also terminate accounts for non-payment or upon 30 days' notice for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service ceases. Sections 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 16 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or by displaying a notice in the admin panel. The updated Terms will be effective no sooner than 14 days after notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service and cancel your subscription before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Alberta, Canada, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court.
