We never store card numbers. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe.
Junior registration requires only a first name and password. Everything else is optional.
GoJrGolf operates the GoJrGolf platform — a subscription service for golf courses and coaches to run gamified junior golf programs. We act as the data controller for information related to Customer accounts and Admin Users, and as a data processor for Junior Golfer information on behalf of our Customers.

We collect only the information necessary to provide the Service. The table below summarizes what we collect, why, and the legal basis under PIPEDA.

We do not use your data or your junior golfers' data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating and improving the Service.
GoJrGolf acts as a data processor for Junior Golfer information — we store and process it on behalf of the golf course or coach (the Customer) who administers the program. The Customer is the responsible party with respect to junior data and guardian consent.
Junior Golfer registration in the app requires only a first name and a password. No date of birth, school, location, photo, or financial information is collected from Junior Golfers. Email address and guardian contact details are optional fields.
Customers are required by our Terms & Conditions to obtain appropriate parental or guardian consent before enrolling any junior under the age of 13. We comply with the requirements of Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, to the extent applicable, the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) for programs serving U.S. participants.
Parents or guardians who wish to review, correct, or delete their child's information may contact the golf course or coach who administers the program, or contact us directly at hello@gojrgolf.com. We will action verified requests promptly and within 30 days.
We do not serve advertising to Junior Golfers, and we do not use Junior Golfer data for any purpose beyond delivering the program features within the Service.

We may share aggregated, de-identified statistics (e.g., "courses using GoJrGolf run an average of X seasons per year") that cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. When you subscribe, you are directed to Stripe's secure checkout. GoJrGolf never receives or stores your full card number, CVV, or bank account details. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.
We do not embed Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising SDK in the Service. Usage data is collected through our own server logs for operational purposes only.

We use session cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the Service — specifically, to maintain your authenticated session in the admin panel and Jr. Golfer app. These cookies are essential and cannot be disabled without preventing the Service from functioning.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. We do not participate in cookie-based retargeting or behavioural advertising networks.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies will prevent you from logging in to the Service. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals at this time, as we do not engage in the cross-site tracking that such signals are designed to prevent.
GoJrGolf is based in Canada. If you access the Service from outside Canada, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Canada or in other countries where our infrastructure providers operate (such as the United States).
Where we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with PIPEDA and, where applicable, GDPR requirements — such as standard contractual clauses or processing by providers in countries with adequate data protection laws.
